When 40% of your business came from the dedicated people involved in your chapter it has a very leveling and calming effect on the risks involved with such a daring move. I could not have accomplished what I did in starting up Fidelis Commercial Real Estate Services without BNI. Not only do I have the complete faith in these people to deliver the business that I need to get going, but I also have the resources that I need to be able to do a start-up project. Everything I needed to start my business was right at my disposal in our chapter. You name it, I had it and not only was it available to me but it was from completely trusted sources. How often have you started a company and shopped for insurance, printers, phone systems, etc, etc. and been able to have these providers come to you and tell you what you need and not even feel compelled to shop them or review the information? Well, I did just that. I so trusted these individuals that I told them what I was doing and they told me what I needed and where to sign. Now, several months later, I sit here and we are successfully operating where others would still be getting off the ground. That in itself speaks volumes. I feel so blessed to have such wonderful group of people to call MY TEAM. Every individual in my chapter is an integral part of my business life. Margie Cowan in Colorado just called and gave us an order for a friend who will be undergoing treatment in the medical center this week!
